Gaming Pirates around the world are crying foul play when EA is protecting their new game with a piracy protection lock that requires users to register on a website.

Mass Effect requires that you register online and just bought a new webcam and they required the same thing. I think that’s completely ok to ask the users and buyers to do that. Why should the maker of different products give update and support to pirated games and products.

This is much better way then install some spy software on your computer like StarForce did a few month ago.

The only reason you might have a problem with this is when you downloaded the program from the internet and not paid for it.
